I first met Lindsay when she was working for Beautycounter as their Head of Mission. She led the Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing, Advocacy and Giving programs for Beautycounter. She helped lead the way for the brand to receive awards in all categories and forever change the beauty industry through the passage of 11 safer beauty laws. A core team member to close the second largest acquisition in the history of the beauty industry.
She now works as the Chief Impact Officer at Ritual, where she I leads the strategy, sustainability, advocacy, certifications, traceability, brand/marketing/PR, community, legal, PMO, & people teams for the top traceable prenatal & vitamin brand.
