Cauliflower Cashew Hummus Recipe (Whole30 + Paleo + Keto)

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ c steamed cauliflower
  • ¾ c cashews
  • ¼ c water
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • ¼ c tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T olive oil
  • ½ t ground cumin
  • ½ t salt

Method
 

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cauliflower, tahini and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients; garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, cashews and water and blend until smooth.
