Cashew Hummus Recipe (Whole30 + Paleo + Keto)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ c cashews
  • ½ c water boiling
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • ¼ c tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T olive oil
  • ½ t ground cumin
  • ½ t salt

Method
 

  1. Soak the cashews in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cashews and water in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
